November Celebration

(It's beautiful in real)

In Finland, the first Saturday after the 30th October, the Finnish celebrate the all saint’s day. They go to the cemetery with their whole family for clean the grave and put “thousand” candles on it. They can visit, think, remember and honour the people they lost.

I went in cemetery with my roommate and I can saw the sigth with this every candle and it was wonderful, it is a very solemn but not morbid. The cemetery in Finland are composed with grass and trees and it is very natural.

In France we have this kind of celebration, we go to cemetery and we put the flowers (chrysanthemus), for me it is not pretty flowers. But the cemeteries are grey with gravel, I feel orpessed when I go there whereas in Finland ii is the opposite feeling, I was really relaxing.

My roommate took a candle because she would like to put on the grave. And we found a grave whom the person was died since 1925, and we thought nobody come for him.

I really like this celebration and I think it is a thing I can bring back with me in my home.
