Does Halloween exist in Finland?

I think Halloween in Finland it is like in France, it is not a tradition but it a good excuse to dress like a monster and go out for try to find candy, for the child. And for the teenagers or students, I think it is a good excuse for wear a costume and go to the party or something else. In my family, when I was young, we cook biscuit an after we made a Halloween decoration on it, and we went to the candies race. But in Finland they did not do that, the kids do not go out side for this race. But my Finnish teacher told us, sometime in school they can have some lesson about Halloween but nothing more.

In Turku I can see a Halloween decoration in the street and in the market. I think it is more a commercial celebration than a tradition.
